Akashic Records Reading
The Akashic Records are an energetic archive of all knowledge and wisdom known to humanity. They exist on a higher spiritual plane and contain information about the past, present, and future, as well as karmic patterns we carry from one lifetime to the next and soul contracts agreed upon prior to the incarnation.
An Akashic Records reading offers you the opportunity to directly connect to your own personal spirit guides and teachers for guidance about your life’s journey. I consider it an honor to be a channel on your behalf, relaying the information that Spirit presents to you as shown/told to me in the divine realm. The information and answers available to you are only as limited as your curiosity. These highly personalized readings offer you loving guidance and support from the Divine for the best and highest good of all, brought to you by your very own guide team whose highest priority is your wellbeing and fulfillment in this lifetime. You can choose any topic or area of your life to discuss or ask questions about – I prefer to let you and Spirit control the flow of our time together. It is a blessing and a privilege to serve as an intermediary to help connect you more deeply with the realm of the Divine.
This work is done energetically in the spirit realm, so time and space are not limitations. Readings are done via Zoom unless otherwise noted and schedule slots are set to Eastern Time.
Akashic Records Offerings

Session time is spirit-led and may last up to 90 minutes. This is a comprehensive reading including an oracle card overview, as well as ample time to ask questions of your choosing in the Records concerning any topic: love, career, family dynamics, soul contracts, etc.

For clients in the Tri-cities area of upper East Tennessee only (currently). I can come to you or you can come to me for this in-person session. Reading includes sacred space setting, oracle card overview, and a ceremonial serving of cacao.
Sacred Ceremony
Ceremony brings the sacred into the present moment. We come together in sacred space for a time of reverence, gratitude, and deep connection. Ceremony is a moment in time where the veil between the physical and the spiritual realm is lifted, and we are invited to connect with the Divine in a moment of unity. Creating a container for sacred ceremony is my favorite part of the work that I am so blessed to be a part of. Whether holding ceremony for large community groups or for an individual, I believe that there is truly no sweeter way to connect with Spirit than to come together with the intention of honoring the present moment with an open heart.
Ceremonial Offerings

Cacao is a sacred heart opening plant medicine (non-psychoactive) that allows us to connect deeply with the earth, our community, and the Divine. Group ceremonies are typically held in nature whenever possible and include a ceremonial serving of cacao, guided meditation, music, and time for intention setting/journaling.

Blue lotus is plant medicine that opens the third eye. Though the ceremony is done in groups this is a very “inward” experience. Ceremony includes blue lotus tea, guided meditation, time for individual connection, and integration with community afterwards.

This is a private one on one cacao ceremony created just for you. It can be a ceremony of celebration, a ceremony to honor a big transition in life, a ceremony to honor a loss, or simply a ceremony to deepen your connection to Spirit. I will create sacred space for you based on your intentions, and walk alongside you to honor and support you during this sacred moment in time.
Shamanic Healing
Shamanic sessions require that I journey into the spirit realm on your behalf to confer with your guides (and mine) as to what would best support you for the highest good of all. These sessions are highly personalized and therefore no two sessions are alike, though there are similar categories they may fall into (descriptions below). Where Akashic Records sessions are primarily informative in nature, shamanic sessions are more action-oriented. Typically, once divine guidance is provided on how to proceed, I will ask that you join me in meditation as we work as a team to follow the instructions that the guides have laid out for us in order to move energy, remove subconscious blocks, invite in divine healing energy, and more. While time and space are no constraints for Spirit, with the exception of cord-cutting, I prefer that these sessions be done in person. I never know what Spirit will ask of me in these sessions until they are in progress and it is my personal preference that I be able to be fully immersed in the energy of the client during our time together.
1-1 Shamanic Offerings

This session is highly customized to best serve the intention of the client. Examples for this session include: unhealthy patterns that need to be healed, inner child reconnection/nurturing, heart or third eye opening, system rebalancing, and more. If you are uncertain as to whether this session is right for you, reach out before booking and together we can discuss options to best support you.

Soul retrieval is a practice that involves accessing the spiritual realm to retrieve lost aspects of a person’s soul that may have been fragmented or lost due to trauma or difficult life (or past life) experiences. I will journey with you into the spirit realm to locate these lost pieces, and assist you in bringing them back home to yourself - reintegrating and reclaiming your wholeness. This is a powerful practice that can help heal spiritual and emotional wounds, restoring balance and harmony to your life.

Shamanic cord cutting is a practice that involves severing energetic ties between individuals, entities, or even places. These cords can even be formed between an individual and negative emotions, traumatic experiences, or past life events. I will journey into the spirit realm on your behalf to assess what cord or soul contract may be in place that is having a negative influence, and through divine guidance, assist you with detaching yourself from the connection, allowing you to fully call your power back home to yourself.

In shamanic past life regression, I will help lead you into the spirit realm to investigate prominent past lives that may be deeply affecting you in the present moment. Together we will confer with your guides as to how to best integrate the knowledge gained during the session, helping you to clear negative energy blocks and rebalance your system.
